Today is day 6 of my juice fast. I can't believe I have gone so far. In previous fasts usually the breakdown for me used to be day 5. yaaay and I made it through! feeling good, except that I had insomnia last night and I couldn't fall asleep until about 3 a.m., yet I had to wake up at 8 today... therefore I'm a little bit tired. But anyway everything seems fine and looks that I'm gonna make it through day 6.
during the last 2 days I have catched my self thinking about food too often...but never mind, I'm not giving in :)
my weight hasn't changed since yesterday - I'm at 140.2 lbs
and as a good bye for today I posted a picture, where a snail is trying to steal my juice :) it's so cute
