Well, we are all 're-setting' our default switches. If we "push the right buttons", the body goes into 'repair mode' all by itself. It is SO incredible to watch this well designed mechanism re-programming itself.
I've been on the journey for 18 months. (Since October 2009 to May 2011) Became deathly ill (years of life distractions/duties and neglecting myself. Makes me think of this song- on You Tube "My Old Friend"~Tim McGraw. Seems to be a lot of us that zoomed thru those years, lost a lot of ourselves and are struggling to regain our footing.
At any rate, started Dr Schulze' program at the urging of my dear friend Jena. Still can't do Bentonite clay- always clog up. I've been using #1 Max 9xday for over a year. (along with juicing, greatly improved diet (no meat), as well as superfood and echanachea. Passed DAILY FOR OVER A YEAR- parasites of MANY VARIETIES. But STILL CLOGGED.
Here is my current program and my reasoning.
** I've vomited over 50 of these giant egg sacs. Don't know what they are. The parasite hasn't come out yet. (ewwwwww) That's why I'm doing the CoQ10 protocol.
PLEASE- IF YOU HAVE A CLUE WHAT THESE EGG SACS ARE-

Bought 600 mg capsules on E-bay from a company in Florida ($59 free ship for 300 capsules) and taking 10xday (I'm a little fluffy.) I found the gels didn't dissolve - go with the capsules. No side effects - in fact, I feel great. FINALLY, all the clogs coming out! Lines of rubber (not just psillium jello,) hunks and BOWLS full of rubber and still coming out! I do feel better. Hopefully can progress and retrieve my health and my life. I am now vegetarian but not all raw. Working on that now. 58 years old. Long overdue changes.
4/17/2011 update: still getting rid of old junk. Things continue to be expelled at a slower pace rubbery and "octopus" type material. Yesterday had another big batch of rubbery balls and material come out! Thrills me to that choosing the 'natural' route is having such fruitful results. (Worth 'swimming upstream')
5/7/2011 update: still taking all the COQ-10 and #1 Max vigorously. Juicing. Hot-cold to affected area. Mucil. VERY hot detox bath with 3 to 4 pounds of Epsom Salt. (always have to lay down for an hour afterward.) Getting well is a lot of work (but again, choices are obvious.) Still getting rid of rubbery balls daily but seem smaller (even though there are 2 or 3 at a time.) I'll keep you posted when this process is done. I know its not mucoid plaque. (It STINKS like its been there for years!)
STILL AWAITING THE EXIT OF THE 'EGG MAKER'.
Sincerely & heartily looking forward to the next leg of this path. I believe in DOING IT. (no choice here)
