It's going to be hard but worth it 235 Day one of a lemon with some tea fast. Using tea to wean myself off my diet coke addiction. It's going to be hard, cause I always have to have a diet coke in hand, and something feels wrong if I am not drinking one. It's crazy. I have to stop.
