Middle of Day Two.....

My thoughts about my second day of fasting!

So here we are about ten hours away from the end of day two! I am so excited! I am not really hungry any more the hunger pangs are going away and that is great! I cant wait to start stage two of fasting! My ultimate goal is to make it all the way to five! I have only ever made it to stage two and then not even through it all the way! I feel much better, my cold is finally breaking up and that makes me feel so good! I haven't really done much today and its already almost 1:30. Here soon I will start packing up the house so I will be quite active! Things seem to be going good! I dont really have a headache, and no fatigue or anything like that. I know some of those symptoms are sure to show up in stage two but I think I can deal with them for a few days, it will just be for about five days! I know I can do it! I am working on getting a support system set up! I am still down only six pounds, but it has only been one full day I cant expect too much so soon. I think that is part of the reason I get discourage I always want to wake up and be at my goal weight, I need to realize it took a while to gain the weight, it will take more than a day to get it all off. LOL. That sounds silly huh? I am more determined about this than I have ever been! Gotta drink some more water I cant let myself get dehydrated! Water is tasting different to me and I find that to be really really cool! I cant wait to get to stage two tomorrow! That is when my body will start to really heal itself! I am so excited about seeing this all the way to the end! I know I can do! I know that I can!!!!!!!
