Day 1...again

So back on the fast...today hasnt been a problem so hopefully without any other diner dates that I've forgotten about I'll make my 14 days!:) Tomorrow will be tough though, since I broke on my day 2 yesterday but I'll update again tomorrow evening. I may move onto a water fast in a few days as I'm struggling with the juice and how sweet it is, but I'll keep going for as long as I can with it as I realise I'll have absolutely no energy on just water and it could be problamatic detoxing so quickly after being on so many different types of medication. So till tomorrow!
