My heart is hurting, a deep ache,
this morning.
I took Fear Less, for anxiety.
REALITY CHECK
Had a conversation with J.M. last night,
after a day of reprieve.
He has basically withdrawn his support
from the place, and has turned his attention
to where he will live next.
He imagines he can be a guest in the room
that is not being lived in from night to night now.
I do not see how I can move form here.
I do not know how to work with all the things I have.

Did body care deliberately.
High level of nervous stress.
Would like to be eating a bigger variety of things,
maybe rice.

Need to call the rat man and reschedule.
J says We need a threshhold for the door before the fix
can be made to keep out the rats.
