Just want to say Thank you God for getting me through today. Had some bad cravings. which ive noticed are worst if ive been doing something and not drank enough water. so i think im confusing hunger for thirst.

Symtoms:

my tongue is coated so badly
my teeth feel gross
i keep going hot and cold.

I must be so toxic! I really do need this..
