Heavy Energy
Heavy Energy.
Laid down for a nap and could hardly
get up. I felt like a heavy rock was on top of me.
We did a lot of emotional release work here
at the house last night.

Beautiful few hours of the morning.
Was gardening, and had inspirations that
i wanted to make a movie about the
Campaign to Educate Washington With Real Food Safety.
The Campaign is moving to the homefront.
I was inspired while picking some weeds from the
front Food Not Lawns Garden.
Then I took a nap in the Enchanted Garden Mobile.
I woke up with the heaviest energy on top of me.
I was napping in the sunshine!
This hit me like the heaviest energy.
I could hardly get up.
We did some very deep clearing last night
and emotional release work.
I am committed to move beyond the insanity here
one way or another.
