Beggining of day 2

symptoms : white pasty tongue !! yay

I know this shouldnt happen for a while, but i felt great when i woke up, i set an alarm had a shower. I just felt good. and also i noticed some white pasty substance on my tongue YAY i know i shouldnt b happy, but i am. because it means i am detoxifying. :D:D:D. I am not sure if this is part of the detox but i have a little red in my eye. but im going to research about that.

Anyways so this is the beggining of day 2, day 1 was harder so many times i thought of calling of the fast. but didnt. so i have a feeling i can stick to it now.
