Day 1- Water fast.
Starting weight : 89kilos, short term goal :70kilos, and fix my food addiction and unhealthy lifestyle.

ok so i have done a few 3 days fasts before. and i felt great in each of them. To tell you the truth, i have a food addiction :( and i am overweight. So by completing a 60 day fast i am hoping to completly fix my body, start new. Like a baby :D My starting weight is 89kilos. I am actually on my period at the moment so i'm not sure how acurate that is.So if after like 3 days suddenly my weight drops a few kilos we know why :D hehe. Anyways i am 89kilos, and my goal is to be 70kilos by the end of the fast. Thats a good 19kilos to loose. My overeall weight loss goal is to be 60kilos. But that depends how fast the weight loss is.
But naturally its not all about weight loss. I do have a probelm with food, i live to eat, not eat to live, and i have the unhealthiest cravings and lifestyle. I am really hopeing that the fast will cure me.
