I call Phil Noble, San Diego richest farmer.
I say this because he has a well that goes deep into the earth.
Most other farmers are under the restriction of
local water authorities. Phil has both Sage Mountain Farm
and Inland Empire CSA.
He can feed 1000 more CSA members.
That ought to lift the health quotient in our County.
