If you do not understand history, then you will be lead by those who will tell you how they want things to be based upon their version, in place of the truth! i.e. They mislead or lie to you in order to get their point across, which gives them power...

This has always gone on through out history, but it has become most prevelent in the past hundred years, with the advent of mass media and large political parties... One of the most obvious changes is the falsehood of the so called "Political Correctness" and the limiting of free and truthful expression... With the "new" can't say speak the truth with the hyphaneted words and reinvented or changed terms; it has become a gross misrepresentation of the facts!

History ceses to exist if you can not tell it like it was... This is where we are for the most part... We stand looking at the facts of actual happening, yet tell an altered or different story of events! {lies?}

Have you ever stopped to think how did things in history get to where they are today?

If everything just happened by chance or circumstance as many believe today then the world we know would be very ,very different!

First premise: Since all reasonable evidence supports that this world and everything on it was created; then you have to throw out the random theory!

Second premise: Then you should come to understand that we (humans) exist because of free will or choice!

Third premise: It then follows that there must be at least two choices to choose from!

Fourth premise: Then it means that there are at least some opposing views to be considered!

Fifth premise: Therefore it stands to reason that we have had choices to make all through history! DUH!

So how did we get where we are today?
What really frost my balls, is that so many people never really consider the how and why of history!
  In order to come to some conclusion as to where we are historically, requires that all the above premises be taken into effect!

Lets look at several recent historical events and see how they played out...

Looking at the life of Gandhi; commenced his freedom protests in India; it was successful because India was under British {Christian} rule...
  Had he attempted to do so under; many other regimes; he would have just disappeared like many others...

Hitler was thought to have been in league with the devil, which allowed much of his early success... His regime killed millions of innocence people... But the Christian opposition, especially in those early years by Britain under Sir Winston Churchill proved that right won out over evil intent...

Our past President Obama, who has an opposition view of the British... Being supposedly born in Kenya, he holds the old Mai Mai views of his past... He had a Bust of Sir Winston Churchill removed from the White-house, when he came into office... His Islamic Grandfather and father were part of the movement to gain independence from Britain... Yet he does not realize that role played by the British people during the struggle for the independence of Kenya... Again under other regimes, the outcome would not have been so peaceful and beneficial...

The most obvious is the continual evidence of the hand of God upon the role of man here on earth...

** The original plan was for there was to be a perfect world with all our needs being met, as in the Garden of Eden.

   The problem came with the freedom of choices, man made... BTW: This has been so ever since!

" All choices have consequences! " a True-ism

  Therefore the choices of mankind have pushed history in one direction or another, some good or beneficial and others bad or destructive...

Meanwhile God has allowed us the free will to decide our fate, but we must live with the results...

While history marches on the actual unfolding of events is formulated upon the decisions we make... For good or bad!   We decide our own destiny, by the choices we make or by the actions we do not make! It is not some random chain of events, it is our (your) decision that shapes your life and thus creates the history...
