What is your New Life Script?

We are lucky to be alive.
Most of the people who have lived on planet earth
since the beginning of time.
We are here. We have the choice of being alive now.
Sadly, it is conjecture of how many people
who are in bodies now, can be defined as really being alive!
There are lots of forces in the world right now that
might prefer than most of us were in bodies,
followed orders, paid taxes,
procreated, and did not speak up about
anything contrary to the status quo.
Such is not my experience at the High Holiday
services of the Children Of Freedom Jewish Renewal
Community.
This outspeaking, singing, tribe gets together
for the annual Days of Awe up at the Temple of the Song
in Simi Valley where they honor musicians of
many ilks.
To say the least, The room gets raised
and heaven and earth connect.
I have been a witness to this outpouring of Heart and soul
for more than 15 years.
Every year, as Rabbi Stan Levy dreams,
the Rosh Hashanan is the Birthday of the Universe.
It comes alive as we each write a new Life Script.
Since the Enchanted Gardener arrived on the scene,
this scriipt writing gets rooted with the opportunity
to plant Beet Seeds and Beet Roots,
and various other kinds of Seeds.
Never before in the history of recent years
has there more a need for a New Life scriipt
for each of us.
The rhythm of life asks to be renewed now.
So Turn The Beat Around through Planting
a Beet wherever you are this year.
