Into the Heart of Darkness, Patricia Kaminski
Patiricia Kaminski reaches into the
heart of darkness to bring light.
I just got off the phone with Patricia Kaminski,
a cofounder of the Flower Essence Services and
Flower Essence Society.
The work that the Flower Essence Society is doing
around the world to help uplift pain is far reaching.
She helped me today.
This is very powerful work she does
helping Soul and Body stay connected.
I have been calling in to Patricia
and today. I needed help today
and she reached out.

I want to continue to live.
I want to see the long years of work I have
done to help uplift humanity go out.
I am in very troubling moments,
visiting dark places inside myself.
I actually had one of my housemates
here look at me ans note
that I was surrounded by darkness
and ought to be careful.
In her school of thought dark is bad.
In her school of thought, the dark is
related to some kind of spirit world
that brings people down.
I took in what she was saying, and I felt worse.
I am a very sensitive person to the energies
around me. A couple days later,
it was Sunday morning, I got up early.
I have been struggling with sounds around the house
that have been breaking my peace and concentration.
It has been shocking.
I am in a place where I am returning to writing
and wanting to plan things for the Fall.
There are places I want to go,
places I feel I have to be in the weeks and months ahead.
In the last months I have felt consumed
by duties around the community household where I live
during incredible demanding times when
loyal housemates have left, and new youth is on the
scene wanting action and movement, an end
to stagnation. There is challenge. There is
impatience. They is unwillness to put up with
what we oldsters have dealt with here for years.
YESTERDAY WAS A BREAKTHROUGH DAY
Yesteday was a breakthrough day.
After four days of going into the deepest heights
of Soul inquiry, after a yesterday feeling strength
and feeling my will to live turning around,
this morning I woke up and depths of emotional
discomfort.
For my very life, I went back to bed
partially covered my eyes, and became to take notes.
THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF THE POEMS
I WROTE
The themes have to do with Shifts at the house
at this profound unnerving pain I was feeling
this early morning.
Truly I know that our world is in a time of what
I have been calling The Great Earth Cleanup.
I know we are in truly in end times of what can
no longer stand, or as the Mayans say, it is
the end of history as we knew it.
I also want to say, that The Great Earth Clean Up
begins in our own backyard, deeper than this
it begins with our attitude. It begins with
Blessing The Mess in front of our eyes and in our
hearts.

IT was in a moment of unknowing
and discouragement, feeling unstable rooting
that Patricia Kaminski reached out me
through the phone lines, sharing with me
things I need to know to help me through this moment
of passage.
Patricia said that each time the Soul stretches
to go higher, we need to exercise the
strength to go deeper into the dark
inside us.
She spoke about the soul needing
muscle that is developed as we gain
breath through going into the dark.
She spoke of the deep for the soul
to develop both depth as well as height now.
She spoke about souls
that she sees attuned to the radiant
light, who live in a the world that is possible now,
having difficult being o.k.
going down into the darkness.
ILLUMINE, IN THE FLOURISH LINE
is for DEPRESSION
She recommended that I use
ILLUMINE, one of the flower essences
that is used for depression.
hen she described the ILLUMINE formula
for me, that is available in the Flourish line
for depression, She spoke of depression in a positive light.
She spoke of the remedy containing essence of the Pine
tree.
Here words comforted me. She descibed
this tree, that grows in my backyard here
at the Enchanted Garden,
The pine tree she told me gives up its bottom branches as it grows
higher and higher. Its radiant silica can
be seen in the elongated pine needles that glissen
in the sun.
The pine tree never loses touch with its
depth in the ground as it extends upward.
This is the essence, the gift of the pine tree.
She said that Illumine formula would help
me digest downness.
DEPRESSION NEEDS TO BE REFRAMED
IN A POSITIVE LIGHT
She spoke of depression
as being pressed on, or down
by God, God asking us to go deeper
into the depths that we might go
higher.
She spoke of plants, and
why they are mighty healers.
Flowers have their roots in the dark,
and they blossom in the light
because of this.
She spoke of the Shabbath,
and taking a time out now to that was longer
that once a week.
She spoke of those that sent into the desert
wandering in the desert.'
She advised me to be with my pain
to go into it, into the depth of it.
She advices me that this was a time
for me to take a long sabbath,
to be O.K. with being in a place of
Shabbat, extended Shabbat.
That was exactly what I had been doing
this morning.
THE WORLD IS IN SO MUCH PAN NOW
She spoke of the world being in so much pain.
This patches the poem I
wrote,
CAN YOU FEEL THE PAIN?
She talked about the travels that she was
doing, to be with the people in China
suffering from earthquake.
She spoke of the FES relief missions in Haiti
and Peru where many people are being gifted
with the Flower Essence FES formulas.
The work of the Flower Essence Society is deep
as it is broad. It is not flashy. Much of the remedies
that are given are by donation.
It was very comfortable to hear from
my dear friend who I would meet in years past
at the Natural Product Expo West.
I always visited the FES booth first.
I could feel Angel presence there in the goodness
of the sacred work they do.
The Flower Essence Services book
is one of the most elevated of places for me
at that show each year.

We talked about her writing up a feature
about me on the FES website.
They have practitioners around the world.
I want them to know about my writing
and poems.
I have been wanting to reach out to
Patricia. I spoke to her husband Richard
a few weeks ago.
I feel the work of the Flower Essence Services is very important
now.
I have been reaching out for the remedies for weeks now.
I know that this company in working to expand
to serve more people and that they are being forces
to cut back at the same time.
Among all the natural remedies I know,
I highly recommend the FES remedies.

COMBINING CROSS CURRENTS
I began asking Rene Terese Plasky to
pinpoint remedies that would go with my
poems.
I have an important poem on Pain.
We are going to stay in touch via email.
FOLLOWUP WITH THE PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM
I told her about my desire to introduce the
FES formulas to the people who come to the
Pacific Symposium, November 5-8, 2010.
I want to follow up on that.
