I have been living with some new allergies and many food intolerances. I have researched this liver cleansing enough to see that it is possible to rid yourself of some allergies. That is my goal. I was researching epsom salts last night and never knew that there are several deaths contributed to epsom salt enemas. The Enema led to hypermagnesia..Never thought to do an epsom salt enema and will definately never take that route after reading such information. I will study and see how much and how often it is safe to do the oral ingestion of epsom salts. I am a big fan of closed system colonics. I don't have access to the clinic like I would prefer. I have to drive well over an hour to get to the clinic. The epsom salt cleanse seems to work well to prep you for the liver cleanse. There is no way it works as well as a colonic post liver cleanse. With a colonic there is no doubt that the gallstones and crystallized substances pass through the colon as well as any other unknown substance. It is now 10am..still drinking on my second cup of the morning of epsom salts....passed 4 stones, one fairly large..not at all hungry...haven't had nothing but juice since the carrot on tuesday...Lost 5 pounds as of today.
