5 pounds down.
Date: 7/14/2010 1:51:52 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 38407 times Ate twice today. The menu: Sashimi, croquettes, and corn. Stayed away from caffeine though... those withdrawal headaches are terrible. So glad I didn't go back to square 1 with the weight loss. Gonna try to lose more weight tomorrow. My goal is not to do intermittent fasting but a whole string of days to get the ketosis and detox going. Hopefully I'll have stronger will power tomorrow.
