days 1, 2 and 3 of my water fast
My first 3 days on the water fast, going surprizingly well.

Day 1 done
July 7, 2010 is the first day of my water only fast
first day weight 291.5 lbs
-0 lbs total
I am starting my water only fast today. I don't know how long I will be on it, but it will be an extended fast. I am so overweight that I feel that this is the only way (beside surgery) to lose the weight.
I cannot deal with losing only 1-2 lbs per week. When you are my weight that amount will not cut it. I have lots of sore spots in my body that I'm hoping to cure: bad lower back, sore heel, strech marks, scars, complextion and bad knees.
I am hoping with this fast that I can lose a significant amount of weight and cure my ailments. I am planning on doing skin brushing to help with the saggy skin.
It was hard today, I was at my sister's house and she had a whole bunch of yummy food around that smelled delish. But I held strong and didn't give in. I am strong and I will accomplish this goal.

Day 2 done
July 8, 1010 is my 2nd day of water fasting
wake up weight: 287.5 lbs ~4 lbs down from yesterday
-4.0 lbs total
I had a great first day. Had a headache, but took some advil. I took some vitamins too, but too many at the same time and ended up with a stomach ache. Had a productive BM today, I think thats the end of the solid food. I feel great, I can really notice that my tummy has gone down.
I'm not tired today, and I feel great!

Day 3 done
July 9, 2010 is my 3 rd day of water fasting
wake up weight: 284.0 lbs, 3.5 lbs down from yesterday
-7.5 lbs total
The scale is moving in the right direction. Already 7.5 lbs down. I am so happy to be seeing such good results so soon. I am motivated to stay on this course. I know the daily losses will shrink, but i'm ok with that. I know that I will still lose big every week. Way better than any other plan out there, and making myself so healthy too.
I feel that this is the best plan for me.
