Got a call from Stephen Markowitz,
the owner with Fiona of the Hidden Valley Spa
and Retreat.

This is the remarkable healing land where
Dr. Bernard Jensen lives and taught so many people
how to return to a healthy life through nature contact.

I lived there for a number of years on and off
in the 1970's,

I helped write a number of Dr. Bernard Jensen's book.

Stephen's drink this morning
was some fresh raw, as local as you can get
honey from bees that were in the wall
of the barn.

The hive was moved to a more safe location
for the bees and barn.

Stephen mixed his morning drink
with Patricia Bragg's apple Cider Vinegar.

Say, I think I will go have the same drink now
with raw honey from the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.

THANKS FOR KEEPING LOVE GROWING













I have been admiring the products of Terra Bella Ranch at our Hillcrest Farmers' Market for weeks I enjoy their certified Organic Nuts. I also had in mind yesterday to get show a draft of the Playbook I will be taking to the Natural Product Expo West this week. That all added up to making this Youtube for Nicolina Alves. from Westbridge.
She tells me her company is often just called
Westbridge. Westbridge is short
for Westbridge Agricultural Products.
