Ok so I have gone through alot of the blogs here and decided to start my own! 3 months ago I wieghed just over 270 pounds, today I wiegh 238 so I guess I am doing something right. I now exercise at the gym daily even if it is only for 30 minutes of cardio a day. I also eat a ton healthier, I no longer eat any of the processed flours, drink the soda or eat any form of "junk" food. Since I am in the right direction I believe I can do a 30 day juice/water fast without to much trouble since I am not quitting anything cold turkey =)
Ok! I can't weigh myself daily, that is just depressing to me but today is just gonna be a relaxing water day. Let's see how this all works out shall we?
