Here you’ll find an outline of the Convergence agenda for the weekend
Please note that the schedule is subject to change without notification.
Friday
5:00 pm: Registration
5:00 – 10:00 pm: Evening activities involving a complete usage of the Old Student Center-all co-ops, LGBT and Women’s Centers, screening of “Power Paths” in Center Hall 105, Equity Conversation with CSSC Op Team
Saturday
8:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast-Sustainability Categories (tables labeled by different sustainability categories with Networking Notebooks prepped for use)
9:00 – 9:30 am: Introducing the Actual Sustainability (Team intros, information)
9:30 – 10:30 am: Networking Time
10:30 am – 12:20 pm: Speakers (Riki Ott, Dina Cervantes, April Linton)
12:30 – 1:30 pm: Lunch
**30 minute break**
2:00 – 3:20 pm: Workshops
3:30 – 4:50 pm: Workshops
5:00 – 5:30 pm: Sit and Snack Time
5:30 – 6:50 pm: Workshops
7:00 – 8:30 pm: Dinner (Equity Conversation time)
9:00 – 11:00 pm: Concert (Matt Junker, The Skavolutionary Orchestr)
Sunday
8:00 – 9:30 am: Breakfast-Roundtables (give people #’s and force them to mix up the seating)
9:30 -10:50 am: Workshops or Hands On Creating
11:00 am Spiral Hug/Elders
11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch

Directions From I-5 South
Take the Ext 28 for La Jolla Village Dr.
Turn Left onto La Jolla Village Dr.
Turn Right onto Villa La Jolla (first right, up a hill)
Go straight into the Parking Structure where parking is free starting at 5:00 p.m. Friday through the weekend
Walk out of the structure the way you came in
(For Friday arrival) Turn Right onto Gilman Drive/Campus Loop and follow the signs to the Old Student Center
(For Saturday arrival) Turn Right onto Gilman Drive/Campus Loop and follow the signs to Library Walk and Center Hall
