UNCLE SAM.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Auntie GMO marries Uncle Sam.
What in the world does that mean?
Why is it so critically important
for the sake of our earth that
the forces in Washington,
that have so much to say about
our health and well being,
take a deep look at the
dominant stance they are taking
on the Supreme Court,
in the House and Senate and within the
executive branch right now?
The Washington stance from top to bottom,
but for a minority of alien voices,
are Pro GMO. Uncle Sam is out to eat Genetically
Modified Foods and believes We the People,
don't care if we eat it too. 99% of the corn
in Iowa is already GMO, and soybeans as well
in Japan are no longer, but for a few seeds,
GMO Free.
This would make no difference perhaps
if there were not disturbing, increasing reports
that people are coming down with organ
failures, or that there are suspicious
connections that need to be looked out
this very minute between millions of people
coming down with lung ailments
who live around Iowa farms. Does
a rat, eaten by a bat or a grain eaten by a bird release
airborne comtaminants from their poop?
People in the Governor's mansion,
where 36 mysteriously got ill, better
slow down right now and ask.
I would not be asking Monsanto's
lead scientists, or former and future
Monsanto scientists in the FDA
to be our source of accurate data.
In spite of the potential for Alfalfa,
a weed-like, highly motile perennial grain to potentially be
influenced spread seeds everywhere
and be subject to Genetically
Engineered drift, the Supreme Court as
of Tuesday April 27 is leaning toward ruling
that this genetic drift may be a non-issue.
It makes no difference
to them that organic gardens are proliferating
everywhere now across America,
including one in the Obama's
back yard on Pennsylvania Avenue.
MONSANTO VS. GEERTSON SEED FARMS,

The USDA, who we turn for protection
and to keep our "Jeans" clean, tells us
that GE (GMO) Ag, Conventional Ag, and
Organic Ag are intended to co-exist
in this the land of the free, yet no one
is slowing down enough to say
exactly how this is scientifically
possible.
THE SUPREME COURT
AND FDA OPINION IS
THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN GE FOOD and ORGANIC
FOOD
The dominant opinion that suggests that there is no difference
between GE food, i.e, GMO Foods, and
Organic Foods.
This, is the dominant opinion coming out
of the Supreme Court right now that
favors overturning a lower court ruling
that has blocked Monsanto Company
from ever greater widespread sale and use
of their GMO products.

AP: WASHINGTON -- Supreme Court justices on Tuesday sharply questioned a lower court's decision that has prohibited biotech giant Monsanto Co. from selling genetically engineered alfalfa seeds, possibly paving the way for the company to distribute the seeds for the first time since 2007.

"The Growing Safe Food Act (S.2758)
was introduced by Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI)
in an effort to ammend the FDA Food Safety Modernization
Act (S. 510), which will soon be considered by the Senate.
The "facilities" targeted by the FDA include
small and medium-sized farms that process
some of their own agricultural products
for distribution to the public.
These small "facilities" have not been the major culprit
in food contamination outbreaks, rather
it is the large-scale industrial facilities.
By subjecting small farmers to the same regulations,
the bill threatens to impose a set of fees
and administrative burdens that small farmers
may not be able to subsume
into the costs of their business operations.
The National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC) is an excellent example of the kind of coalition that is needed from the sustainable food movement. NSAC’s member organizations all have specific areas of focus and are able to work on these important issues while also contributing to one focused voice for national policy debates. This singular voice is what enables meaningful policy change because it can be heard above the numerous asks of individual groups and can stand firmly in opposition to agribusinesses which have long been organized to speak as one on Capitol Hill.

The passage of this, #S-510 was a done deal
until The Growing Safe Food Act (S.2758)
showed up. With intense public support
right now, we can defeat #S-510 and pass
#S. 2758. Your Senator needs to be contacted

With the impending passage of
the #S-510, The FDA Food Safety
Modernization Act, exactly how
many trillions is it going to cost us
for FDA agents, who buy the Codex
Alimentarius party line that pharmaceuticals
are our first line of defense against
disease, to enforce the Organic Rule,
that protects us from GE assault?
Thank God, there is another bill
on the Horizon, that immediately
needs support, that will ensure
Food Safety from another angle,
making sure that the backbone
of American farming our local,
and organic farmers, are protected
as we go after an inherently
contaminated Big Ag system
that would like nothing better
than to wipe out the fast growing
organic competition.
BIOTECH AGRICULTURE PRESUMES
THAT GENES ARE REAL ESTATE
TO BE PATENTED FOR FINANCIAL
GAIN. THEY ARE THEN MARKETED
TO IMPROVE THE ASSETS OF
STAKEHOLDERS WHO INVEST
IN THESE SCIENTIFIC INVENTIONS.
Please let us be honest with each other.
We have had enough of Ponzi Schemes.
Let us not imagine that our genes
are just one more source of real estate
to be subject to patient pending.
Please, we have gone far enough
astray. Stop it. Seeds belong
to all of us. They are the cornerstone
of health and individual cultural
uniqueness in a multi-national
business environment that sees
all food as a commodity
and that hungry people in
Africa, India, and South America
are nothing more than
an over-population problem
that can be solved by genetic
engineering.
There are many people in the
field of biotech who stand in integrity
and want to solve the issues of hunger
in Africa. They read the data and believe
the results. One scientist
does not know what the other is doing.
Voices across agriculture are not listening
or talking. An intense dialogue is needed
to look deeply at the limits of both biotech
ag and organic ag to solve the socio-economic
issues. The White House and Washington
is currently investing Billions and Billions
in technologies and science aimed to
help us our of our current financial
breakdown, yet these are not investments
that will help anyone.
The investment of billions
by the Gates Foundation in Biotech for
Africa, as well as in putting away
heirloom organic seeds in Iceland
may aim to help the poor, and protect
from the loss of bio diversity in our seeds,
yet it is Biotech agriculture itself that
is responsible for the loss of bio diversity.
The basis of any long-lasting approach
requires restoring indigenous
cultures that have been destroyed
by privatization and land grabs,
Bio diverse seed banks and micro growing
climates need to be respected.
Lives and lifestyles are not ours to be manipulated
for profit.

Genius's know how to do business,
but the rule is, Genius is by nature
imbalanced.
What we need now, for the very
survival and fulfillment of children
from St Louis to little town in Iowa,
and villages in Somali, is balance.
Hear and simple, we need sanity,
a massive infusion of sanity
into the world of agriculture,
and that sanity can only be
infused into the world right now
by you.
The groups also urge the U.S. to not allow trade goals to interfere with or overrule judgments made on sound science and existing policy.

House of Rep heads around. We, as a nation,
want to be in the good graces of good trade
agreements.

at the same tme potentially harming small agribusss.
This is the moment when a sound peaceful dialogue

outs his wishes to counterbalance to let the

the US Clearly stood up in the face of a conscensus
of the world to proclaim that we as a nation are
going down the BiO path. BIO means Biotechnology
Industry Organization path. Codex makes
us the Food Rules that most nations buy into.
If a nation disagrees, they do not get trade sanctions.
Favorable Trade sanctions are determined by
those who coming into agreement with the
Codex Alimentarius Commission, the body
run by the U.N., the multinational ag organization,
and financially supported by the world's leading
multi-national corps.
Where do you stand?
Who is serving your best interests now?
Are you giving your personal O.K.
to new Food Safety laws that will increase
the role of the FDA in our lives?

Washington is now primarily Pro GMO.
This is based on science over the last twenty years
much of it approved by the FDA.

we have made in Washington that are now
determining our fate both at sea and on the land.
What is the effect of chemical dispersants
we are applying in the gulf?
What technology are we using?
What basis is there for this kind of technology?
Where are the reports of its safety
for cancer and immune system impact?
