INTENTIONS
FOR LIVING HERE
To provide a healthy environment where residents
have an opportunity to be exposed to whole, pure, natural
foods.
An environement that is drug free, smoking free, and drinking
free.
We are seeking residents who want to live on a land where
plants grow and where there is enough outdoor space for each
to garden, or tend to plants.
UTILITIES, Gas and Electric
and Water usage
The Utility Bills are included in the rent.
These come to around $90.00 per month,
oer person and may be $100.00 per person in
January to cover additional use during the year end
Holiday season.
GAS AND ELECTRIC
WATER ISSUES
We share the utlities. These include the water bill for maintaining
the property.
RENTS
ach person pays rent to live here.
Rent is due on the fifth of the month.
The rents for each room differ according to space.
The rents may go up as cost of living increases each year.
Each resident will be notified of this on January 1.
NON-PROFIT NATURE
The property is in private ownership.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
House and Garden
Each resident is responsible for helping
to maintain the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
Upkeep of the house.
Residents may pay a higher rent, or elect
to trade $150.00 of the rent per month,
valued at $10.00 per hour work, to go into
the WORK FUND ACCOUNT,
We bring in either outside help to help with
cleaning twice per month, and pay $20.00
per hour for this service. We pay for eight hours
of outside cleaning per month.
We are also each responsible for
EVERY DAY CLEANUP (EDU) .
We agree to maintain a clean kitchen,
bathrooms, and common spaces.
From time to time, the common spaces
may be used for other uses by agreement.
Shared common spaces include the
living room and dining room.
Our goal is to maintain a clean living room and
dining room
The living room has at times been a place
for musical instruments, and at times temporary
uses, such as set up for uncoming enchanted garden
installations, etc clairfy...
