PHIL NOBLE with BRIAN BLUM
rare fruit tree plant parent at
the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
December 13, 09. Brian works for
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS. Leslie planted
a Seed Dream that the Brian would
campaign to have his coworkers join
the INLAND EMPIRE CSA.
PHIL NOBLE of SAGE MOUNTAIN FARM
and INLAND EMPIRE CSA, and JOE RODRIGUEZ JR
& FAMILY of JR ORGANIC CSA want your mouth to feed,
beginning this holiday season.
This is the message from two
of San Diego's devoted local, organic farmers,
two of Three "BEETKATEERS."
Noble, Rodriguez, and BARRY LOGAN
of LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM
are the cornerstone of
KEEP THE BEET MEDIA STAR's international acclaimed
program to return to each person their confidence
that they can grow a bit of their own food.
The three local organic + farmers have stalls
at the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
located at the Hillcrest DMV, Normal
and Lincoln steets.
KEEP the BEET, a simple beet,
began to speak up two years ago.
The world has not been the same.
A force to be reckoned with
one of her grounding grounds
is at tthe ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIIONAL
COMMUNITY in San Diego, a 1/3 acre
property owned and shared by
YOUR ENCHANTED GARDENER and community.
The property is currently undergoing a change
of ownership, with $70.000 being raised
through the sale of rare fruit trees, and plants
from around the world.
Keep the beet sez that
she could not longer sit in the ground
while suffering humanity continued to have
needless pain. As the beet sez,
we are each called forth today to
join the BANK OF COMPOST.
Other forms of banking are the ruination
of our economy.
KEEP The BEET's latest projects
are gaining national media attention:
1. THE END OF STYROFOAM--
No more styrofoam. Most of us do not
realize that too much of it ends up in the ocean,
hurting fish and animal life. They mistake it
for food and die.
2. SAFETY FIRST--
KEEP The BEET is helping our legislators
and her FDA friends see that true FOOD SAFETY
comes from local, organic and organic + *
farming methods. Biodiverasity on the farm
is the cornerstone of a Health Reform as well
as authentic Earth Based Homeland Security.
From her historical perspective,
that sometimes looks at the present from
a perspective of the future, and sometimes
what we endearingly call the past,
Big Ag heard KEEP The BEET's Message
and decided to go out of business in 2012.
In the meantime, between 2009 and 2012,
thousands of Victory Gardens came up
from Roots planred in every city.
EMILY ROCCHI (Left) and sister farmer,
ID to Follow, are two of the lead farm woman
at LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM. La Milpa Organica Farm
will receive funds for a proposed well at a funraiser
December 19 at the EVEOKE DANCE THEATRE
in San Diego.
There are a few tickets to
CELEBRATE SOLSTICE RAIN DANCE still available.
Go to the ROOTS SUSTAINABLE FOOD PROJECT SITE
to get this hot TICKET now that is making rain.
Keep the Beet,
who was in the Rose Parade in 2011, as a float,
thanked so many local's for saving our nation's
economy by joining her ECONOMIC CONVERSION
PROGRAM--One Pot+One Person=You're a Gardener.
3.THE ENCHANTED GARDEN WELCOMES YOU--
Trees are true wealth! How many do you want
to grow now? This campaign was born out of
a need to provide a safe haven for 1000's of
rare fruit trees and plants from around the world
grounded in pots within the five acres of
the EXOTICA RARE FRUIT NURSERY in Vista, California.
More than 50 sustainability groups in colleges
and Universities across the US began buying
and adopting coffee bean trees, dwaft bananas,
and pineapples during the Holiday season 2009
when the national campaign was launched.
4. THE HEALING GARDEN @ SCRIPPS project
On November 19, 09, KEEP THE BEET
began her plan to create the HEALING GARDEN
@ SCRIPPS. Envisioned as a demonstration
of Integrative Medicine, both using convetional
as well as traditional approaches and reflections
from 8000 years earth wisdom, the Healing Garden
@ Scripps is intended to establish deep roots
that will influence Health Reform in the So Cal
area.
5. HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
KEEP The BEET is drawing a model
Intentional Community together now
at the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY
in San Diego. Complete with a dog,
plants, whole, pure, natural food in the kitchen,
and lots of warm fuzzies.
Leslie is cleaning up now to allow more SPACE OF LOVE.
KEEP THE BEET LIVE!
Be sure to listen in to KEEP THE BEET MEDIA STAR's
show coming in 2010, KEEP THE BEET LIVE!
The World's First Talking Beet is rooting for you!
Keep the beet media star
the world's first talking beet plant
is at the controls in my life,
Leslie Goldman,AKA Your Enchanted Gardener
has been lnown to say.
This image is Keep the Beet recording from
the studos of THE NEW AMERICAN MUSEUM
one of her favorite places.
Her productions for radio and TV
are in the works. The US Czarina of foods,
esteemed simple beet Keep the Beet Media Star,
sez that she plans to join Michelle Obama at
the White House Organic Garden in Summer 10
or thereafter for a noted Beet Keeper gathering.
KEEP The BEET wants to personally thank the president
for Keeping the Beet, not eating them.
[love animalls, don't eat them?]
Keep the beet will be submitting a proposal soon
to be on a panel at BIO, The Biotech International Organization's
annual conference. The beet profitess sees herself
speaking on a panel with her colleague
MICHAEL R TAYLOR, the Czar of foods, and us
promoter of the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION,
international regulators of how we each eat most
of our food until 2012. Codex, to those who read
this PLANT YOUR DREAM BLOG on a regular basis,
is responsible for the popular idea in mass culture
that we are not what we eat. They go with Big Pharma
as the primary way to help our intentional economy.
Codex is the brains behind our current Food Safety
legislation that was moved faster than a speeding
bullet through the House of Reps the end of last July.
KEEP the BEET, sometimes given voice by
by Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener, who
speaks the international language of beet,
the new Esperanto of our times,
will present a thank you to Monsanto for its pending wise decision to
100 % support local organic farmers and no longer be a pest on the planet.
Keep the beet's message is that through growing a simple
beet in a pot we can regain our beat with nature and counterbalance
the prevalent disease of our age, fragmentation.
For more on Fragmentation, please read chapter
five of THE WHEEL OF HEALTH (1938) by G.T. WRENCH.
One version is available free online.
The beet sez,
"Plant beet seeds. reenforce your dream with a beet you
get from a local, organic farmer whenever possible."
In San Diego, get your beets from the Beet Keeper beet
growers, BARRY LOGAN of LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM;
PHIL NOBLE of SAGE MT FARM and
JOE RODRIGUEZ JR & FAMILY of JR ORGANIC.
NOTE: Both SAGE MOUNTAIN FARM and
JR ORGANIC are avialable to serve 50 more members each in their
wonderful CSA'S.

OF THE RODRIGUEZ
GROWING UP ON THE FARM
FIFTH GENERATION FARMING COUSINS
This is a video clip I made at the HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET of BEA RODRIGUEZ and her Cousin SAMMY, the daughter of SYLVIA RODRIGUEZ. I have been watching both this offspring of the RODRIGUEZ family grow up. It adds so much to my life to feel a part of this family and help in every way I can on most Sundays when I am in town. If you live in San Diego, please come by to the market. It is a wonderful experience. We can do some commerce over purple beans, but something much deeper we will exchange. Please support your local organic farmer. Feel the love of those growing real food. Help every way you can. Join a local CSA--Community Supported Agriculture. Our future of Food Safety depends on this.

ANTHONY ZOLEZZI is one of the main inspirations behind
GREENOPS, a new Recycling Redemption project

to be companies using plastic blottles for years.
This is a great project to make sure that those

the bottles they sell are returned to the store
that sells it.
