Went out last night after a long a tiring
day and a very deep profound Saturday afternoon and evening.
EXPECT A MIRACLE was the theme
for our annual gathering where I speak
for the Essene Minister part of me.
Saturday evening
was a very Sacred Gathering.
The Archetype was to gather 12.
There were a number of people who expressed interest
Others attended remotely-
They sent their spirit. The body stayed at home,
some recovering from a cold, others so far away that
it only made common sense not to use the gas in their
private jet to fly here. They know that what we do
here in the Enchanted Garden is felt everwhere.
Another, was invited guest, who said she was not feeling that well,
decided to go out to a nightclub to hear another friend
do a Chirstmas Holiday musical concert. That was her speed.
There was another speed going on here. We all hear
the "beet" differently and have various needs at
different times.
INTRO TO EDMOND BORDEAUX SZEKELY
EDMOND BORDEAUX SZEKELY was a very wealthy man
in many ways. One of the wisest decisions he ever made
in his life was to listen to a woman, who for many years
was he devoted wife, mother of his children, and business
partner, DEBORAH SZEKELY. Today Deborah is known

HUMAN ERROR
We all have our human frailities.
Human err. Poor judgement go with the territory
of being fully alive.
That is why we have times of the year like Chanukah,
The Winter Solstice, and Christmas to live richly in the
metaphor of moving from the dark into the Light.
We have time to slow down, reflect, go within,
as well as gather in some sacred way with others
who are kin or extended kin. In taking time,
we can see how to live better. Always better,
Siempre Mejor--was a keynote of the late
professor, the 20th Century Essene Renaissance pioneer.
The Essene's were the scribes on the DEAD SEA SCROLLS,
the archeological find that tells a story of
the communitarian mystics who knew how to
live in Heaven on Earth.
LIGHT AND MORE LIGHT
How profound that as we enter the darkest and shortest
days of the year, we are called spiritually to bring more light
with candles? We do this each night of Chanukah,
Then on the Winter Solstice, some of us gather again.
Last Saturday night, at our event called EXPECT A MIRACLE,
the highlight for me was sitting in the dark
with the group. Numbers of us expressed our deepest and most
authentic truths. We turned off the lights, went deep into
the dark, found our dream, and planted them.
{ Being in the dark together,
is a ritual I will recommend to CARA H CADAWALLADER.

Saturday night 7-midnight, December 19, at the EVEOKE
Dance Theatre in North Park. There are still a few tickets.
I will be doing a Seed Dream planting
in the foyer.....
I can see making the whole room dark at one point.
and working with rain sticks, during a share group
ritual. This is not on the program as I write this...}
After the Winter Solstice,
we come out the other side and light the Yule Log.
We march steadily into the Secular new year.
HOW ARE YOU EATING NOW?
This can be one of the wapped out times of the year
not only for our Soul but our digestive tract.
We have less fire in the belly.
We have less momentum to digest big meals,
but in our longing to be feed by community,
love bonds, and the fire,
we take things into our mouths,
or too much of them,
that do not belong there.
I know at times I eat, what I really want
is the Sweetness of Life Fully Lived.
I can settle for less when I am am suppressing
my darkest instincts and deepest needs.
The other night, at EXPECT A MIRACLE,
I took time to enter the infinite Garden.
It is so close. We have so many props for it right outside
our kitchen door. One of them is sugar cane.
I harvested one long branch.
I cut the sugar cane up,
and with help from JOSIAH,
a visiting Essene Minstrel,
prepared the sweet sugar cane for all to taste.
It was a real treat.
Then after a full meal, most of us glamored
for desert, so we made took frozen bananas.
I even forgot the sugar cane was right there.
In a ritual receiving sweetness, that including
consciously as a group acknowledgment the sweetness
of our moment together, the sugar cane might have
been enough. I notice I often indulge and want heavier
sweetness, because the soul is left out. Truly,
we need to sit together in communal times.
Most of us are starved for this. We do not even
know what is missing, because we have not
tasted its rich flavors.
This time of year, most of us do not
"real eyes" the source of our hunger.
We do not get satisfied our deepest needs.
Eat well, dear friend.
Sup. There is a bounty for you.
