A note for starters as to the inspiration for creating this blog.

which is about bed time ...
however, I choose to at least make a little note here as it was my intention to start this blog (as of Monday) during my acupuncture session. My sessions have evolved from being stuck with needles to entering bliss! I think that alone is worth noting!
