Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management
Embarrassing photos taken this morning,
and I am celebrating a health improvement
long needed.

I cannot believe what I just did just now.
I have been having persistent and extreme
diarrhea at times for more than one year.
This has felt devastating at times.
I have feel out of control with my body.
I have grieved being unable to travel
on an airplane.
I have felt like I was getting really old very fast,
losing a lot of weight, and looking at sagging skin
on my body.
Getting through the last year with this
diarrhea was a miracle.
I persisted beyond the diarrhea in a number of circumstances.
I found ways to "warrior" my way through some events
that I wanted to attend.
I cannot name them now.
I also realize that my eating in the last year turned
into a full blown eating disorder.
I was eating to suppress unmet needs for sex.
I was eating in an expression of being on a suicide mission
where I would trade my tomorrows for a ripe locally grown
piece of watermelon, sweet, juicy, incredible texture,
and a cause of intensifying the diarrhea and candida
imbalance.
Dr. BERNARD JENSEN, my spiritual father,
publshed TISSUE CLEANSING THROUGH BOWEL MANAGEMENT,
a classic work. I was no longer living at the ranch
when this book was issued, but I was responsible
for hooking up MICHAEL AND DEBORAH DIOGO,
a couple at the time, who came into the employment
of Dr. Jensen through an underlying Essene connection.
Deborah, the dearest of friends to this day, created the cover
of the well known book that has been translated into
numbers of languages, including Chinese!!!!!
The POINT:
The "Tissue Cleansing book"
shows picture of bowel movements.
Many of us would think of this as gross,
but to the healing arts practitioner,
and to the acupuncturist, the consistency, color of the stool,
and frequency of bowel movements
is key information for both diagnosis
and remedies to balance the condition.
NICOLE, one of the interns often will ask me
about this when I go down to PCOM each Tuesday.
I just two bowel movements this morning.
I took photos of each.
How embarrassing and revolting.
I did this because, at the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM,
something I started to do has shifted my diarrhea!!!!!!!!!!
These bowel movements this morning
about 45 minutes or so apart,
were formed. This is in contrast to often explosive
diarrhea.
yesteday, when I went in for my acupuncture appointment,
I brought JOSIE and PAUL of LIFEWAVE patches with me.
We taped much of the acupuncture session.
Nicole was asking the intake questions and WARREN SHEIR
was the supervisor. He is the dearest of men. Being with
him each week is in itself the healing. For the most part
that last year, Warren and his interns have not been able
to stop my diarrhea with the needles or treatments,
but the constant weekly emotional support has been
extremely valuable and keep me "alive" through some
very dark times of feeling out of control and discouraged.
SO, maybe I need to have a sign on Boardway?
"Diarrhea now changing for YOUR ENCHANTED GARDENER,"
or maybe a headline in on the HUFFINGTON POST????
When, Nicole asked me my main complaint yesteday,
I said, "My complaint is that I am very very Happy!"
I was joking, being happy is not a complaint,
but everyone laughed and enjoyed the celebration.
Gosh, this has been a long haul to get through this
bout of diarrhea.
I began to turn the corner at the Jewish High Holidays
in September and through attending the WHOLE BEING WEEKEND.
I have thoroughly blogged on those events.
During August, at the end of the summer cycle,
I felt near dead. We had some tremendous weeks of
heat wave. I was feeling totally and completely depleted.
All I was doing was attempt to clean up some things--
get rid of clutter--and then lay down. I was sleeping
frequently through the day. I was so frustrated!!!!
