A little about me and my plan.

Some histroy. Growing up I never had enough to eat, so when I got oldder I wanted to eat everything is sight, until my weight got up to 250 lbs.
I am afraid of my weight spiralilng out of control and want to get in control now before it gets worse. Plus it's just uncomfortable.
I read some natural diet books. Know of the master cleanse and water fasting. Which I will try but for short lengths at a time since I have to work and can't rest all day.
I also plan to eat a natural diet of mostly fruits and vegetables when I'm not fasting.
I won't be perfect but as long as a generally stick to it, that's what matters, and that I'm losing weight.
The last time I weighed myself, I was 250 lbs, I don't have a scale at home. I weigh myself when I go to the gym but I'll keep my weight updated until I get down to 130 lbs.
