Because muscles need oxygen to be functional, muscle activity associated with aerobic exercise causes the body uses more oxygen to muscles. Thus, the heart and lungs work harder, and strengthens the lungs and cardiovascular system. Aerobics is contrasted with anaerobic exercise, which is usually more intense activity, which is of short duration, such as lifting weights.
It is recommended that everyone should be able to do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise almost every day. But for people who can not take exercise, let alone to have significant health benefits. Just 15 minutes of aerobic exercise can have positive health effects. When people think of aerobic exercise, I often think about running, exercises or classes with many jumps, kicks, and treading water. Al-if there are two types of aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise is not so difficult.
Not even seem to exercise at all. Many of the activities that are pleasing and functional, can be excellent aerobic workout, especially for people who are just beginning.

There are many other forms of aerobic exercise. Some tend to have a big influence on my knees and legs, such as jogging. This type of aerobic activity, can be very useful for people who have joint pain and other problems with the lower body.
Activities of aerobic exercise such as swimming, are also excellent with minimal impact on joints. Aerobic out of the pool, either individually or in a classroom, is also a good way to get an aerobic workout low impact.
