Aerobic means with oxygen or the presence of oxygen. The intensity of aerobic exercise is low to moderate, which made a moderate or long term. The aim is that more than one muscle or muscle group to work. Because muscles need oxygen to be functional, muscle activity associated with aerobic exercise causes the body uses more oxygen to muscles. Thus, the heart and lungs work harder, and strengthens the lungs and cardiovascular system. Aerobics is contrasted with anaerobic exercise, which is usually more intense activity, which is of short duration, such as lifting weights. It is recommended that everyone should be able to do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise almost every day. But for people who can not take exercise, let alone to have significant health benefits. Just 15 minutes of aerobic exercise can have positive health effects. When people think of aerobic exercise, I often think about running, exercises or classes with many jumps, kicks, and treading water. Al-if there are two types of aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise is not so difficult. Not even seem to exercise at all. Many of the activities that are pleasing and functional, can be excellent aerobic workout, especially for people who are just beginning. Walking is a very effective form of aerobic exercise. Often, it is highly recommended for people who are not active recently. For people who are sedentary, have to go, starting with small amounts of their work, a good way to start training. Walking need not be specifically for the performance measure. Walking to the supermarket, walking the dog by the people are excellent ways to light aerobic exercise. Those are some benefit of aerobic exercise for elderly. There are many other forms of aerobic exercise. Some tend to have a big influence on my knees and legs, such as jogging. This type of aerobic activity, can be very useful for people who have joint pain and other problems with the lower body. Activities of aerobic exercise such as swimming, are also excellent with minimal impact on joints. Aerobic out of the pool, either individually or in a classroom, is also a good way to get an aerobic workout low impact.
