Day 3 was far better than day 1 and 2, my cravings have changed a lot!, I am dying for eating lettuce wraps with carrots, celery and cucumber inside, like thai food rolls kindda, so that's good, cravings for healty food. So I started to do some research and I saw this webpage about being healthy and live longer, it seems the dr. recommends avoid liquid fats, such as olive oil :( I love olive oil, but it's doable, ah! also I crave cashews!, I am so glad that when I finish I'll be eating lots of wild rice and nuts, cashews, etc. cant' wait!
I found a super good set of videos, that now I am more encourage to keep doing my vlogs, it's a guy named michael form yogayak.com, his videos about a water fast in thailand are amazing!.
However, I don't know why I have read/seen journals about 30 days WF and I don't see much of what is happening to me, I am very dizzy, all the time, I really hope this goes away soon, I don't want to pass out while walking on the street!.
Any way, my sleeping patters are some how normal, because I try really hard to stay awake on the day so I can sleep well, still it's 5 am and I am awake, but well, still under the normal range I think.
One last note, I am starting to read about my diet, future diet, so raw food appeals to me, and after reading a book, it seems I need a dehydrator to do fun stuff, any ISBN or website anyone can suggest about good raw food recipes?
