Bowel Pain + Progress Report
Notes to myself on bowel pain this morning.

More Gentle bowel activity this morning.
did not eat too much yesterday.
Ate lamb toward late afternoon.
Did better than the day before.
Beginning day with Aetherically charged water
and bentotite in mouth. Using
JASON EYTON formula of Bentotite clay.

Living in a big question mark this morning.
There seems to be a pattern here.
I am not sure what it is.
Every number of days,
or so often,
I have this positive feeling that
the remedies I am using are working well.
This morning was one of those days.
I began using the Clay blend
yesterday, and toward the evening
a few of the Kurchi.
Early in the morning I took more of the Kurchi.
My first bowel eliminations were formed.
Then, they would not stop. All were formed.
The elimination has to come out sometime, right?
Then, after this plug came out,
the elimination was more hot, acid, and burning.
There is acid feeling around the anus.
I talked to NUVA YEETAH yesterday
and shared some positive results from using
the Kurchi. I used it all last weekend while
at B'nai Horin. I was also eating a lot of foods
that were not conscious.
Ate a lot of challah egg bread on Friday.
I arrived up there late and missed dinner.
Wednesday morning I woke up depressed,
and make some calls. That helped feel more connected.
Had some good communications yesterday from
JASON EYTON, who makes the three clay blend.
Began the morning resting and reading some
of DR. BERNARD JENSEN's TISSUE CLEANSING THROUGH
BOWEL MANAGEMENT.
This book, available from BERNARD JENSEN
INTERNATIONAL and online describes
DR. BERNARD JENSEN's bowel cleanses regimen.
The phrase, educating rather than medicating,
that we use here on CUREZONE appears in the
first pages of the book. I wonder if that was
were Curezone got the phrase that is our brand
here now.
He really nails some powerful truths in the first few pages
of the book.
I do not think we will make progress with our bowel
conditions unless we come out of hiding about what
we are experiencing.
I know how embarrassing it is to talk about diarrhea.
We really have to get intimate with our bowel health
to bring it into balance.
I realize I am under the spell of Mercury Retrograde.
I can hardly remember where I was headed by the time
I turn around and take steps in a direction to retrieve
something. Where was I headed.
Then, my memory shoots through a bunch of other
things that need doing.
IT takes intense discipline these days to complete on anything.
I am pulled in many directions at once.
My head is light now.
I need water.
Too much letting go from the bowel this morning
all at once, and repeatedly. Very tiring.
I sat down to look up getting more parts
to the COLEMA BOARD.
Doing this kind of cleansings and healing with
clay and the kurchi likely needs colema's.
I have the board that I have not used in many years
but not the tubes.
I am going to look them up now.
Then, I am going to make a pile of the other stuff on my
bed, remove it, and wash the sheets.
It is hard to not get discouraged.
I am going to keep my focus through blogging today.
Still light headed.
Did a few practical things yesterday.

A part of me sees really off thinking about
going a far distance again for Yom Kippur,
more than 100 miles. Is that my only joy,
far away from home?
Won't I feel better if I get rid of these things
on my bed, these all photos?
