"The Untold Story of Milk 4 Videos
These few videos provide an excellent synopsis of the history of milk. The commodifying of milk has caused a great divide in the quality of this traditional food from one that aids health to one that degrades it. Know your history, know the truth, and know your body."

Dr. Weston A. Price spoke in terms such as: "the palate tickling devitalized foods of commerce" in his "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" where he wrote about the effect of these substances upon the peoples he studied: "Modern commerce has deliberately robbed some of nature's foods of much of their body-building material while retaining the hunger satisfying energy factors."
This "robbery" has "deliberately" continued over the decades through deteriorating agricultural (Big Ag) practices (i.e. chemical pesticides, fungicides, etc.) plus the food industry's use of imitation foods and food substances, non-foods (i.e. un-fermented soy products), improperly prepared foods (i.e. most all grain & flour-based prepared foods, poor quality foods, contaminated foods, Genetically Modified Foods and foods that have been treated to protect you from "harmful" bacteria!
"Milk from cows raised in a large industrial indoor setting has an inherently high bacterial count and should, indeed, be pasteurized." and yet there are "several pathogens that can survive pasteurization":

"According to an analysis conducted by the Weston A. Price Foundation, there are approximately 500,000 raw milk drinkers in the US.(25) Every year, there are about 60 government reported illnesses from raw milk. In a population of 300,000,000 people, there are 76,000,000 foodborne illnesses from all sources in the US per year. The calculated risk of illness from drinking raw milk is approximately .012%. The overall rate of illness from all foods is 25%. Therefore, consumers are 2000 times more likely to contract illness from other foods than from raw milk."
