the late Spring. I want to show these at the Upcoming Jewish
HIgh Holidays, and the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM OF ORIENTAL
MEDICINE in November.

The EcoUsable Stainless Filtered Water Bottle
In this time of economic troubles, it is a great time to invest in products that will save you money in the long term, contribute to your healthy lifestyle, are good for the environment, and aremade in the USA. Although there is not yet one magical creation on the market that will eliminate your carbon footprint or transform your garbage to energy, there is definitely an emerging market for gadgets to help you take the steps to being more earth- friendly. Indeed, many of these are small steps for you but can potentially have huge impacts on the earth. One of these products is the EcoUsable Stainless Water Bottle, a light steel water bottle with a built- in filter that claims to filter tap, stream, river, lake, and pool water.

the ones I got from JOEY MENDELSOHN
on cnsignment earlier this year.
I agree with MARC WOLLMAN, who works
with JOEY, that this is definitely one of the
best products of the century!!!
I first met MARC at the GO GREEN EXPO in January,
and soon therafter received my first ECOUSABLE FILTER
WATER BOTTLE.
This model, called the ECH20,

has a filter that takes out 99.9% of the chlorine, florine, as well
as pathogens such as cryptosporidium, giardia, and other
cysts and spores.
I have really coveted the bottle that MARC gave me
and use it constantly. The filter, is good for around
100 gallons. Mine is ready for a replacement.
The replacements are also available.
I showed the ECOH20 at the SAN DIEGO EARTH DAY FAIR
where we had a table. There was a lot of interest in the filter
bottle that can replace the need for plastic bottles. There
was a lot of interest, but most of the students I talked
to found the price range out of their budget. It costs
around $42.00.
I offered one up at the silent auction for the VIP (VERY IMPORTANT
PLANET RECEPTION. Council woman DONNA FRYE took this
and PERF GO GREEN TRASH BAGS home. Donna promised that
she would use it down at the San Diego City Council.

I also introduced the bottle to a number of people
at PACIFIC COLLEGE OF ORIENTAL MEDICINE. My supervisor
in the clinic WARREN SHEIR bought one online.
I also took it with me to LIVE H20 LONG BEACH where
every kind of water system was being shown. Every time
I show it there this product is met with great enthusiasm.
People see the need, but will they put out the bucks?
i am looking over my Fall Schedule now, and
see three likely places to where sales are likely.
I am going to take it will me to the B'NAI HORIN
HIGH HOLIDAYS. People are use to fasting on water.
I would like to see RABBI STAN use it. I can see
this being a perfect gift for the Bar and Bat Mitzvah
students who come through the program. I am also
going to talk to RINA DALY, head of the program.
In November, I will have a table at the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM
November 5-8, 09.
