11pm: Had me a cup of Smooth Move (could not sleep all night, not just from the excitement of a whole new relationship with food after this adventure, but I was also terrified after reading online journals that I was going to have to run to the bathroom, holding my fetal position at 2:am and drive that porcelain bus) I am not going to lie, I want to lose 15 lbs also! (gained it after I quit smoking last July, the gained weight has taken from my life and I want my life back and my smaller jeans!)
Tip* I thought I could find all necessary ingredients at Trader Joe’s, but wrong! Smooth Move is not there. I bought mine at CVS.
