My journey begins

This is the morning of my first fasting day.
Obviously there is not much I could write about before.

I want to say something about fasting goals.
My goal is to heal myself.
This would take a longer Urine Fasting, maybe 30-40 days.
But when You set such a long timeline, the danger is that it is overwhelming.
So I try to take day by day.

Really, little by little.
And the goal is healing, not X-days.
