Day 1 is the 24th
My fast starts tomorrow
Date: 5/23/2009 11:16:22 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1765 times I have decided to start the Urine Fast tomorrow morning.
There is no need to wait another day, I have eaten little and drank all Urine passed just as yesterday.
Also I have started to do the massages. I found a way to sit in the bath tub, since it takes some time until You have rubbed all the Urine in.
Afterwards I lay down on towels on the bed with all windows open. Very relaxing and energizing.
I decided not to post how long I will fast, since I don't know for sure.
In my opinion every day is a success.
But I also want to heal, therefore longer is better.
In other fasting blogs I have found that some people are obsessed with the number of days they want to accomplish, or the amount of weight they want to lose.
For me that would not be good, since it creates pressure.
Tomorrow I will also start the enemas, half water and half fresh urine.
I really believe that Urine Therapy, especially the Urine Fast, will heal me.
Now I want to proof it.
