Spring 2009 Student Filmmakers
went to Spring 2009 Student Filmmaters Fest last night
at SDSu. Reconnected with RAMANI GREENBLATT,
who did some footage on KEEP The BEET and I at
the 2008 SDSU Earth Day.

When to the Spring 2009
Student Filmmaters Festival
last night at the DON POWELL THEATRE on campus.
One of my goals was to connect with
the filmmakers who shot footage of
KEEP The BEET and I at last years SDSU Earthday.
The film was over, and I was approached
by two friends form the Jewish Renewal community.
One had a daughter graduating this outstanding program.
I saw the name of the filmmaker who was involved
in the footage on the screen.
It was RAMANI GREENBLATT.
I asked my friend if she knew who Ramani was.
It turned out her family and Ramani was right there
in that same row.
I spoke to Ramani and she gave me the name and phone of the person
who has the footage. ANDRE OZIOL.
They answered the phone. THey are graduating tomorrow
as is RAMANI. Andre said he can get me the footage.
I would like to watch
Ramanio's flm again.
Her film is called CHASING THE STORM.
She is going to move to LA to pursue her career in film.
I wish her the best.
The program says the films will be on the web.

There was also a documentarian named
MARK FREEMAN that I spoke to.
I told him about ADDICTED TO PLASTIC.
I was wanting to remember the name of a
guest teacher who once stayed at our home
for a semester.
He made a film on me one Earth Day.
I did not remember is name, but I remembered
his company was called FLOWER FILMS.
Mark knew that I was speaking about LES BLANK,
the filmmaker.
