Hi all. I figured you would all like to know what protocol I am using currently, should I make any progress or you like to research for yourself. It is based off of this article

That protocol is out of date and updated information has been released through his blogs. My take on it is based on that backbone, some of the newer things he suggests as well as some of my own findings.
Each one of these compounds by itself has been shown to work in some way upon HIV. I’m looking for a synergy between the effects of the supplements.
Niacinamide inhibits the TAT proteins ability to activate the HIV gene set by blocking the action of SIRT1. Blocks new infection in cells by blocking some of the enzymes PARP1 required for integration.
Olive Leaf Extract has shown to be effective in preventing syncytia. Infected cells clumping together and fusing to healthy ones because of HIV ENV proteins on the surface of the infected cells. This is a major source of infection for new cells.
Vitamin A is an essential antioxidant and immune vitamin that is also often deficient in advanced cases of AIDS. Also helps inhibits expression of virus in macrophages.
Ibuprofen blocks the Cox-2 enzyme. Cox-2 is a regulator of prostaglandin production, specifically PGE-2 is blocked. PGE-2, induces; immunological tolerance, synthesis of IL-10 (immunosuppressive) and inhibits; dendritic cell maturation, the gene responsible for IL-2, the ability of IL-12 and 18 to activate NK cells, alpha and beta interferon synthesis.
Lactoferrin blocks the sequestering of virus through the DC-SIGN receptor system in dendritic cells. Stimulates synthesis of IL-18.
Sodium Selenite is used to block viral latency. By removing the ability of HIV to methylate its sequence and remain silent in the DNA of the cell. Essentially “uncloaking” the virus. When the ozone comes the cell will be weak from being forced to produce viral copies and proteins. It also allows IF-Gamma to be transcribed which kills off infected cells as well.
NAC is an antioxidant that when combined with glutamine produces glutathione a key antioxidant whose deficiency has been linked to advancing AIDS cases. Prevent over activation of NF-Kappa B by ROS species. Sensitizes infected cells to oxidative stress.
ALA is an antioxidant being utilized to prevent over activation of NF-Kappa B by ROS species. Also helps to increase cellular glutathione levels
Cimetidine blocks cell to cell infectivity and enhances antigen presentation and matures IL18 which has a downstream response of activating NK and macrophages to release IFN-Gamma, a primary cytokine against intercellular infections.
