Juice Fast Day Four

My skin has been healing, but this is pretty demanding work.

I have a slight headache and I feel kinda wiped out.

I'm putting the juice into mason jars and taking them to work with me.

I have been juicing carrots, kale, parsley, celery, and apples.

I am also drinking filtered water constantly with celtic sea salt added.
