Second fast, day three
I went for another three days. It helps, but I have to stop now. I can’t take it anymore.
Pretty soon I want to do a really long one. Like two weeks maybe. But I don’t think I’m ready yet. visit the page It's over 14 y

I caved in. I just can’t stand another glass of kale and carrot juice.
I made it through eight days though. In my opinion that’s pretty good. It feels weird to eat again after such a long time.

Feeling great. Seeing some minor improvement. I think this is going to be a LONG juice fast.
