The Quest: Day 7

Day 7 of 10-day urine fast

I'm sorry to disappoint those who wanted to see me do a full 10 days, but due to my studies I HAD to break my fast today. I hate myself for it but I have a research report due and a Spanish exam coming up soon...my mind wasn't functioning properly. Well at least I did a full 7 days, considering I started the fast on 30 April at 8:30pm (2 hours after my last meal). This is a bummer but I had to, I couldn't jeopardize my academics so here's my new plan:

I will eat very lightly for a week until I finish my report and finish taking my exam. Then I will restart my fast to do 5 days of urine fasting. This will still be just as effective, I believe. I already feel the benefits from the fast, so as long as I keep my stomach happy with light meals, the finishing 5-day urine fast will be a breeze. Well, I guess I'll be back in a week to let you know how things are going and to blog about my last 5 days. Thanks for looking and I'll be back soon!
