Filling a deep chill to the bone.
I feel very cold inside
Digestion very weak as usual.
Some Kidney pain on that spot in the low
back. I trace this to some dairy.
Even raw Kefir Cheese does not
seem to be good.
Feel limited in amount of time I can sit now.
Tinkling pains in lower limbs on outside
from ankles up.
Up from a nap.
Did well today with contact with my primary
supplements, BIONIC MOUTHWASH,
ORIGINAL QUINTON MARINE PLASMA,
STAYACTIV.
CHEF JEM says he can make me
Beet Kvaas. See note below.
Made contact with JOEY MENDELSOHN
of ECOUSABLE filter bottles. I want to feature
these at the San Diego State Univesity
Earth Day next Wednesday.
Carrying a deep wound around today
that started as a nightmare.
Today is the first day of Gevurah.
I so would like to heal the cause of the nightmare.
I wonder if this is possible.
I got a good email from CHEF JEM.

The best drink for the stomach is beet kvass which supplies Betaine, a neccessary component of healthy digestion. A final medicine I would add is Betaine Hydrochloride, a beet-derived source of Betaine which will help with the digestion of your food. I use Standard Process, anywhere from 1 to 4 tablets with each meal.
