i am actually on day three oof my cleanse so i am gonna back track to day 0.
day 0 starts on sunday. I drank the Senna that night. earlier in the day i had went to a party so I ate ALOT! Chicken, ribs, roast and potatoes also cake cake cake. lol Well i start out with the tea. I didnt have any discomforts.
