AIGers vs. The Beet Keepers
Now is the time for all Good Men and Women
to Rise Up and once again become the BEET KEEPERS.
There is only ONE BEET, ONE LOVE, one beautiful
Enchanted Garden, and this is the Moment for
all of us to throw off the AIG'ers in our Pantry.

BARRY LOGAN, gave a tour March 21,
at the LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM, ESCONDIDO
as part of a wonderful day at the farm.
BEET KEEPERS met the Third Sat of each month
for a delightful potluck. A kid friendly event
not to be missed. KEEP THe BEET Media Star
was there, of course! Come see Barry
at the Hillcrest Farmers Market Sunday 9-2 PM
and get youself a beet to grow so you
can regain confidence in your natural ability
to be a BEET KEEPER.

Jesus!
It is very early Sunday morning
during our first Spring Weekend
and KEEP the BEET Media Star
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
has me up filling my mind with all kinds
of inspirations.
She is talking to be about the
AIGers who she is saying are basically
the Lizard Head People.
She says there is a contest now
between the AIG'ers and the Beet Keepers.
Good God, that's all we need more sports
competitions with the Fate of Humanity in the balance.
Keep the Beet Media Star had me reading one
of DR. BERNARD JENSEN's favorite books
THE WHEEL OF HEALTH the last Friday,
the official start of the Spring Equinox.

The book talks about this M.D.
G.T. WRENCH. During medical school
he got so entrenched looking at Pathology
that everywhere he went he started to see
people in terms of disease.
He had this underlying burning question
that he was getting from Keep the Beet:
Why not study health????
Were there any health people around he could study?
Keep the Beet Media Star turned him on to
the some other great minds of his day who were
in touch with the Eternal Wisdom of the Enchanted Garden.
He started to study a man who had gone to the Hunza
people. This book, THE WHEEL OF HEALTH is also full
of other reports from other Beet Keepers of his day.
The WHEEL OF HEALTH was written in 1938 when
the Hunza people were still at their peak.
Dr Bernard Jensen was so enthralled by the book
THE WHEEL OF HEALTH that years later, during the time
right before I met him, he took his first trip to Hunzaland.
By that time, in the 80's, the King of Hunza had
already been infected by the AIG'ers of his day.
The King was addicted to white sugar, one of the favorite
substances that the AIGers use to win over the Beet Keepers
to the Lizard head mentality.
Dr. Jensen gave the King of Hunza one of his own trade secrets
that he had learned from reading THE WHEEL OF HEALTH!!!!
Stick with Whole, pure, natural, fresh foods.
The King started to get healthy again!
He was so impressed that he had Dr. Jensen stay
in his Castle, which was more like a big estate.
It was then that the King of Hunza became one
of the Beet Keepers again.
Dr. Jensen had these really big squashes
growing on a hillside when I lived with him
at his home estate above the old Hidden Valley Health Ranch.
These were seeds that the King gave him.
In those days, the AIG'ers had not tightened their
grip over imports, and so Dr Jensen did not have to
stick the seeds in secret places to get them into the
country.
What amazing foods, did we have that year
growing on our hillside that is now owned by
my friends STEPHEN and FIONA MARKOWITZ,
the new HIDDEN VALLEY SPA located on
Dr. Bernard Jensen's old home estate.
KEEP the BEET Media Star is waking me up
now. She is telling me we are in an incredible
state of Food Bankruptcy!!!
We have almost completely lost our Awakening.
We have no idea what food is intended to do!!!!
Quess what, she is telling me,
food is intended to help each of us be the best
possible humans, kind and loving,
leaving in a Space of Love.
However, KEEP the BEET says,
when we go over to the Lizard side,
we start living off what some of us here
call the Standard American Diet.
This was not the diet that KEEP the BEET
has intended for us!!! This is not the diet
of that the Founding Fathers and Mothers of
the American Dream intended.
Many of those Founding Mothers and Fathers
of America were BEET KEEPERS! They were gardeners!!!
The world of course back then was 100% organic,
and almost all locally grown.
Of course, KEEP the BEET sez,
we had others things to work out
in our history, but NOW is the TIME
for all GOOD MEN and WOMEN to rise up again
to be gardeners through
once again becoming a BEET KEEPER.
KEEP the BEET is telling me that she
is very proud of all the new Sustainability
Experts, the Green Businessmen
who are rising up to clean up our oceans
and our land and return us all to the ranks
of the BEET KEEPERS.
KEEP the BEET is telling me not to be concerned
about the impending Vacancy here
at the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY.
There is a Very Special person coming who
wants to live here and join the ranks of the BEET KEEPERS.
KEEP the BEET is telling me now
that it is time for each of us to Go Green
and follow the Dr. Bernard Jensen Balanced Living Regimen.
She is telling me that a Good Thing would be
starting to read THE WHEEL OF HEALTH
so we can get on the same page about
what Food is intended to be!!!!

SUZANNAH CROWDER,
The Chicken Soup (for the Soul) Soup Kitchen
lady, a BEET KEEPER, listened to all the baby beets
growing at LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM March 21.
Many of the little beets want to grow up and
teach others how to grow their own food.
They want to be a KEEP The BEET Media Star too!!!

Yesterday, KEEP the BEET was out at
the LA MILPA ORGANICA FARM.
She had me take a photo of SUZANNAH
CROWDER, The CHICKEN SOUP KITCHEN lady.
Suzannah was in the field with all the baby
beets that BARRY LOGAN was growing.
All the little beets in the field were saying
that they are jealous of KEEP the BEET Media Star.
They all want to start having Chauffers like she does
and start speaking up at conferences.
They are saying now is the time for
all Good Men and Women to once again
become the BEET KEEPERS.
