This time a long fast

Want to do a longer fast the transition to raw foods.

I have gone back and forth from eating healthy to eating junk and gained my weight back. I used to be able to get away with not sleeping much, now I can't anymore. My body can't function with out a whole lot of sleep, I mean I have to sleep most of the day just to feel right, I get headaches and can't think straight, I don't feel normal.
So I'm going for a longer fast this time, at least 3 weeks or more. I want to see how long I can go. I think I my body needs serious detox, then it will be easier to transition to raw foods. I had a bowl of strawberries and a salad today, but it tasted really bland. I'm not sensitive to natural foods anymore because I slipped back to eating junk.
I ran out of food so I'll start this evening.
