Good and Bad...
Date: 2/18/2009 7:19:36 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1237 times So I fasted for two days. On Tuesday I weighed in at 135.6 and this morning I weighed in at 135.4. So I decided to have half an apple to get things going again. But then I ended up having a bit of steak and a pasta side, and then a bowl of cereal. I feel sooo yucky. So I'm skipping my eat day on Saturday and fasting for 3 days. Then on Sunday I'll decide what I'm doing..maybe a fruit day, an eat day, or just keep fasting. I hate this weight plateau! I want to get past the 130's and into the 120's!!! bleh. Hopefully I can stay away from the kitchen for the rest of the night.
