Day one of my new plan.
Date: 2/11/2009 5:42:07 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1473 times I'm 20 years old, and I only have a short amount of time before my best friends wedding and my birthday. I'm going to try this plan for fifteen days, and if it is a success, I will continue for another fifteen days. Here's the layout.
Day .001: Fast.
Day .002: Fast.
Day .003: Fast.
Day .004: FRUIT.
Day .005: Fast.
Day .006: Fast.
Day .007: Fast.
Day .008: FRUIT.
Day .009: Fast.
Day .010: Fast.
Day .011: CHEAT DAY.
Day .012: Fast.
Day .013: Fast.
Day .014: Fast.
Day .015: FRUIT.
Every day I am going to be either jogging in the morning or walking my dogs in the evening. Also plan to drink A LOT of water.
Right now I am about 140 lbs (not sure because I'm too scared to find out). I'm hoping to lose about 10 lbs doing this diet. Ultimately I want to lose 20 before the wedding/birthday. I will weigh in on Saturday.
