oh ... temptation ... temptation

day 5 :it's 11.40 a.m.
today i have more energy than before
but i came across a scale and i couldn't resist weighing even though i said not to weigh in until the end but it's just for motivation
i lost 4.4 pounds within the last 4 days !yeeeeeey!
