If you realize that nourishing your own health with properly prepared, nutrient-dense foods is very well worth the investment and that in the long run will probably be more economical than relying on medical interventions then think in terms of hiring a private chef who specializes in "food as medicine"! Imagine yourself enjoying eating your way to improved health! It may seem unbelievable at present, however people do experience this on a daily basis! Food can be your medicine and it can be delicious!
As a founder of a local chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation Chef Jem brings years of hands-on familiarity with the Nourishing Traditions approach. These are the food principals Dr. Price documented that produced the radiantly healthy people he found who had been spared of the modern processed "foods of commerce". Chef Jem has also applied these fundamental principals in nutrition-therapy for private clients who have been amazed as to how good they can feel just through better nourishment!
The vision of Chef Jem is to train individuals in these wise traditions so that the know-how remains with the individual and the improvements that are gained through an improved diet can be permanent. He will consider working with anyone so motivated to dedicate themselves to a training course specially designed to work for the individual. Although the course will require time the health improvements will be noticed very soon! The more health improves, the more energy one has and the more they can do for themselves. The change begins an upward spiral that only gets better and better!
Gardening is also part of the Chef Jem program. All kitchen scraps get composted in systems that include worms so that the nutrient-dense castings can amend the garden soil. If it is possible to have chickens on site then they will be well nourished in the garden to kitchen cycle as well. As "Your (CureZone) Enchanted Gardener" has said: "The Earth and the Soul are Soil Mates". Gardening is an essential part of the nourishing/healing process and even a little bit of garden space can go a long way towards the optimal nutrition-therapy program!
