I convinced my spouse to join me in the juice fast. We both drank 64 ounces of fresh squeezed juice individually. We made it through the first day. Minor headache starting day #2. Sleep was okay during the night. My wife say's she wants to drop 10-15lbs. We are business owners. This is my wife’s first juice fast and she is doing very well for a first time faster. Stay tuned for daily updates. We have used oranges as the fruit of choice, 96 ounces consumed on day#2. Also used epson salt to clean out the intestinal tract. What fun epson salt is, if you know what I saying. Enjoy all. Day three coming to a Blog near you
